Shipping and Returns



Shipping is FREE when your order is $49.55/- or above (after discounts). Orders under $49.55/- will be charged $4.95/- for shipping. For international shipments, shipping costs are converted to local currency based on the daily exchange rate.

Courier and express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Some products, like fragrances and haircare, require special handling due to their flammable nature and heavy weight. A small charge may be applied when your order contains fragrances or haircare (see table below). These charges can be removed by choosing express shipping option.

Once we have received your payment, your order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. You can also check your order status through our website at any time.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

International Shipping

All the products are imported directly from the manufacturers or authorized re sellers from around the world. Shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Friday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Custom Fees

All customers are responsible for any import related processes/formalities as also import or customs fees charged by the government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed, the processes and/or fees amount that may be charged. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.


Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.



We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.

You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place. Cancellation of order within 1 hour will be done without penalty, except the 4% bank charges.

Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can NOT be cancelled under any circumstances due to aviation restrictions.



If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by emailing us within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

Our digital assets are aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of makeup. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear freight/courier cost.

We are happy to refund freight/courier cost if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

  1. A copy of your delivery note or your order number
  2. Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
  3. Reason for return
  4. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.

For credit-debit card/internet banking refunds, please note we can only refund the cost of goods. Bank related charges would not be refunded. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit-off on your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
